Italian Grille Ristorante is one of Montgomery County’s premier Italian Restaurants.  The fundamental roots of the restaurant’s cuisine go back to Sicily from recipes passed down from generations of family members.  Chef John’s parents immigrated from southern Sicily to the United States in 1955 and brought with them their love of cooking.  They operated Italian restaurants in the Denver area where John grew up.  Because of their influence, their love of food and culinary talents, this same tradition and appreciation for these family recipes and cuisine was passed on.

Established in Conroe, Texas in 2000, the “grille” started out as a deli.  The old location slowly evolved into a restaurant and finally in 2007, the Italian Grille Ristorante relocated to a bigger facility and built it’s new beautiful home as a full service Italian restaurant on Hwy 105.  The “grille”  features classic Italian cuisine, custom catering services that include not only Italian cuisine but features that accommodate customer’s culinary requests.  The restaurant offers our new Express Lunch Buffet offered daily from 11 am until 2 pm.  Sunday Brunch Buffet from 11 am to 3 pm featuring delicious full array of items to please anyone including mimosas from our wine bar.
